“Father God, in the precious name of your Son Jesus Christ, I come before you today knowing I am a sinner; knowing  that I am fallen, living in fallen world; that I am in need of a Savior. I acknowledge you sent your one and only Son Jesus Christ to this earth.

That He walked with man and talked with man and that He came to pay a debt that I could not because I was found guilty under the righteous laws of God.

And I acknowledge that Jesus took my place and He willingly went to the cross. And He willingly purchased me by the shedding of His blood on the cross because you so loved the world Lord, and you so loved me that you did not want to be separated for eternity from me and from the world.

I ask you to come into my heart and to come into my life and to be my Lord and Savior. From this day forward, I surrender to you and I ask you make me a new creation in Christ, in Jesus mighty name, Amen and Amen.”
